As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a System Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join their IT team and support the day-to-day operation of their infrastructure and business systems. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 services. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Entra ID. Support and maintain desktops, laptops, and end-user devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Monitor server performance, backups, and system health. As Software Tech Lead, the candidate will provide technical leadership across the engineering function, driving best practice, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of both large-scale projects and day-to-day development initiatives. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, they'll be responsible for scoping projects, making key technical decisions, and helping the team deliver high-quality software at a sustainable pace. They'll also play a key role in shaping the future architecture and technology strategy of the business. The candidate will work across existing platforms built in Laravel, React and Vue, while also designing and delivering modern, performant software solutions to support the clients continued expansion.
