Job Summary:The Senior .NET Software Engineer is primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance services on investment software solutions. What Will You Do:Develop cutting-edge components and modules for our investment software solutions in global projects.Ensure the code meets industry standards, is valid, well-structured, and compatible with various browsers, devices, and operating systems.Identify and troubleshoot defects, applying your problem-solving skills to enhance the designated application code.Propose innovative solutions to anticipated problems, showcasing your proactive thinking.Conduct comprehensive tests to confirm the flawless operation of the programs.Provide detailed technical documentation for the modules you're involved in.Collaborate with and support the Services team, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.Be a key player to the transformation towards cloud-native applications What Will You Bring:6+ years of professional development experience using Microsoft .Net C# to build web applications with Web API and ASP.NET.Experience in development Frameworks (.Net Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Windows Services, Web Services, ORM tools (e.g. Dapper, Entity Framework),Experience in using Git and containers.Strong knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres)Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and effective problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment with constant cooperation and interaction. DescriptionJob Summary:The Services Manager is the leader of the Business Services of a Business Unit, contributing to the Success of Implementations and other after-sales services. They analyze and understand business needs, gather requirements, architect, configure and validate solutions as well as develop and execute end-user training. Reporting to the Business Unit (BU) Director. Job Responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources, third parties and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects. Manage a team of PM's and Consultants (combined roles for project leadership, Blueprints & BRD's management, implementation, support & QA). Evaluate and manage service requests.Monitor KPI's, such as :Utilization & productivity of employeesOptimisation of resources' output and implementation of multiple projects simultaneouslyOn-time / on-budget /on agreed quality deliveriesPrompt receipt of BRD's & Deliverables sign-offsConclusion of a Blueprint & Products' manual in order to improve analysis process and promote out-of-the-box implementations (to the maximum possible extent, ie >80%)Use appropriate verification techniques to manage the change requests.Verify project deliveries by conducting system audits.Improvement & automation of QAMonitors proactive renewals of annual fees and maintenance fees.Clients' satisfaction & trustIdentify continuous quality improvement opportunities within the business services area.Review and improve Services & Delivery procedures & org chart.Support Commercial units with pre-sales activities / cost budgeting / RfP responses.Closely co-operate with Product Manager and respective technical teams.Cooperate with any other units of the group for the accomplishment of objectives.Identify training needs and organise sessions (together with HR dpt).Format into sections and lists to improve readabilityAvoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and ageNo need to add a link to apply (one is added automatically)RequirementsJob Qualifications & SkillsBA in Business Administration or relevant field including Management, Finance, Computer Science or other related disciplines.Postgraduate studies are considered a must.At least four (4) years' experience in a similar position.Proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
