🚀 Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, market engagement, and commercial growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic thinking with execution across digital marketing, PR, and sales enablement.
You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping marketing direction across multiple channels in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
Own and protect the brand identity, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels
Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
Drive awareness and demand through targeted digital campaigns and initiatives
Create and manage marketing assets for websites, newsletters, presentations, and corporate communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets; manage press releases and announcements
Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver regular marketing reports and insights
Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners
🧠 What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree is considered a strong asset
8-10 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within technology, telecom, or services
Strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation
Solid understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, automation, and reporting tools
Strategic mindset with creativity and the ability to turn insights into actionable campaigns
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
