Job Summary:
The Services Manager is the leader of the Business Services of a Business Unit, contributing to the Success of Implementations and other after-sales services. They analyze and understand business needs, gather requirements, architect, configure and validate solutions as well as develop and execute end-user training.
Reporting to the Business Unit (BU) Director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage a team of PM's and Consultants (combined roles for project leadership, Blueprints & BRD's management, implementation, support & QA).
- Evaluate and manage service requests.
- Monitor KPI's, such as :
- Utilization & productivity of employees
- Optimisation of resources' output and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously
- On-time / on-budget /on agreed quality deliveries
- Prompt receipt of BRD's & Deliverables sign-offs
- Conclusion of a Blueprint & Products' manual in order to improve analysis process and promote out-of-the-box implementations (to the maximum possible extent, ie >80%)
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage the change requests.
- Verify project deliveries by conducting system audits.
- Improvement & automation of QA
- Monitors proactive renewals of annual fees and maintenance fees.
- Clients' satisfaction & trust
- Identify continuous quality improvement opportunities within the business services area.
- Review and improve Services & Delivery procedures & org chart.
- Support Commercial units with pre-sales activities / cost budgeting / RfP responses.
- Closely co-operate with Product Manager and respective technical teams.
- Cooperate with any other units of the group for the accomplishment of objectives.
- Identify training needs and organise sessions (together with HR dpt).

Requirements
Job Qualifications & Skills
- BA in Business Administration or relevant field including Management, Finance, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
- Postgraduate studies are considered a must.
- At least four (4) years' experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record of successfully delivered projects. Experience in financial software will be considered an asset.
- PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP certification or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in written and verbal English & Greek
- Good understanding of FinTech sector.
- Great Business Acumen.
- Ability to gain understanding of client, contract, business context and priorities of account.
- Ability to attend or host service reviews and undertake the appropriate actions.
- Ability to assimilate and express complex technical and functional concepts effectively, both verbally and written.
