Responsibilities and Duties
The main responsibility is to deploy and support OneDealer Web applications and infrastructure. The support engineer will have to:
* Maintain Windows Server Components (IIS, Windows Services, Web applications etc.).
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system and networking issues.
* Provide support to users for daily tasks including account setup, system operability.
* Request and receive support from Hosting/Cloud providers.
* Maintain systems hosting SAP HANA (on SuSE Linux).
* Track and log issues until resolution.
* Contribute to the creation of Knowledge base information, document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

* Respond to urgent matters involving affected systems including after business hours, on weekends and holidays.
* Forward thinking and taking initiatives to optimize and prevent system failures
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science and IT.
* Experience on MS Windows Server
* Fluency on TCP/IP networks, DNS and SSL certificates.
* Some experience on MS AZURE or AWS will be considered a plus
* Basic database server administration knowledge.
* Work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
* Fluency in Greek and English.
* Certifications or work experience on Microsoft, Linux, SAP products, Database administration would be appreciated as a plus.
