What Will You Need to Do:
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure and support team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including virtualization, servers, storage, network devices, and telephony systems.
- Manage and support Active Directory, ensuring proper user access control and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex infrastructure and support issues, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are optimized.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for their integration to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
What Will You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in IT infrastructure management, including virtualization, Active Directory, AWS and Azure cloud platforms, VMware, network, and IP telephony.
- Strong knowledge of contract handling and vendor management, ensuring compliance and optimizing costs.
- Proficient in team management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of IT professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
